Position: Sales Representative
Team: Team ARREYB
About The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join Team ARREYB. Someone who can confidently pick up the phone, connect with prospects, and close offers ranging from 50k to 500k.
You will be actively selling across four fast-growing ventures:
- The Smart Club – our signature 90-Day Digital Marketer Programme
- Custom Love Melodies – our emotional, made-to-order music experience
- ARREYB Is Marketing – our elite agency building sales funnels and email marketing systems for coaches and consultants
- Dear ARREYB [The Podcast] – Our life and business podcast
This is NOT a slow-paced, sit-around-and-wait kind of role. We want someone who thrives on closing deals, making things happen and being an essential part of the growth we are driving.
Responsibilities:
Pick up the phone, engage with prospects, and CLOSE high-ticket offers.- Follow up diligently with leads and maintain a clear sales pipeline.
- Book consultations and strategy calls.
- Represent our brand and communicate the value of our offers passionately.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to align messaging.
- Track KPIs and report weekly progress.
- Work with integrity, grit and full commitment to our mission.

Qualifications & Skills
- No certificate required, just prove that you can sell stuff!
- Proven that you’re a real SALES PERSON, not someone who took an online course and thinks that’s enough to make you sell.
- Ability to meet weekly, monthly and yearly targets and deliver WITHOUT EXCUSES
